Terms & Conditions
Legal Use of our website and the sale and purchase of goods is governed by our terms and conditions as set out below. You must comply with our terms and conditions of trading. Hereafter Dianasattic.com may be referred to as ‘the company’, ‘we’, ‘our’ or ‘us’. ‘You’ or ‘your’ refers to the person accessing Dianasattic.com over the internet or otherwise. Please note that none of the following terms and conditions affects your statutory rights. These terms and conditions can be changed at any time by Dianasattic.com without notice. UK Law is applicable to these terms and conditions. All goods are sold subject to availability. Both price and availability information is subject to change without notice. Whilst we take the utmost care to ensure the product descriptions, pictures, information and prices are accurate we do not accept liability for any inaccuracies, errors or omissions. Unless specifically stated accessories used to demonstrate an item is not part of the sale. No contract exists between you and ourselves until we confirm the order and accept payment for the goods. Orders are accepted at our sole discretion. Although we do our best to illustrate our goods to optimum standards, colours may vary slightly from those shown on the website due to the limitations of internet technology. The descriptions and illustrations contained on Dianasattic.com site have been provided in good faith by the company but no such description, illustration or price list shall form part of the contract.
Orders Once an order has been placed, we will send you an email of confirmation to include a contact name and address, an item breakdown and the amount of the order (including P &P). We aim to dispatch all orders within seven days of receipt of cleared payment. Orders can be placed via our website or e-mail. We are willing to discuss and accept any orders via telephone.
Post, Packing & Delivery We aim to dispatch confirmed orders within seven working days of receipt of cleared payment. All items remain to property of the company until paid for. An order is not deemed to be confirmed until cleared payment is received.
Post and Packing charges are based on:- Uk shipments - by Royal mail special delivery, signed for. International under 2 Kgs when packed- Royal Mail small packet signed for International over 2 Kgs when packed - Parcelforce standard, signed for. Should special shipping be required or requested we will confirm costs to you before payment is accepted. You may cancel your order at anytime before we receive payment.
Payment We accept payments by cheque, crossed Postal Orders and Paypal. We reserve the right to refuse to supply to individuals whose credentials cannot be verified. We will use discretion in these matters and will not authorize payment or supply unless we are completely satisfied that the order is legitimate. Payment on invoice will not be considered. You cannot pay in instalments and we will not dispatch any orders without receiving cleared payment. Occasionally we will offer a layaway service this is totally at our discresion, and the order is not completed, and items will not be despatched until the full agreed amount has been received by dianasattic.com
Cancellation If you wish to cancel your order prior to dispatch, refunds will only be given at our discretion.
Damages & Returns All items are checked prior to dispatch, should any items be damaged in transit please contact us within forty-eight hours of receipt of goods. All damaged goods must be returned to us in its original packaging. If you discard the original packing materials and/or item you will not be entitled to a replacement or refund. All other returns must be made within 14 days of receipt. We reserve the right that postage and packaging will be deducted from the total amount refunded.
Complaints Please contact Dianasattic.com at diana@dianasattic.com if you are not happy with our service for any reason. We shall deal with your complaint promptly, we aim to acknowledge your complaint within three working days and keep you fully informed during our complaints procedure. |
